Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website blazingcopywriter.com and the purchase of services from blazingcopywriter, P.IVA IT03456789016, based at Vicolo delle Scuole, 5, 24043 Caravaggio (BG), Italy.

1. Services

blazingcopywriter provides digital copywriting services including but not limited to: sales copy, brand messaging, course copy, podcast scripts, launch copy kits, and content strategy planning. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Payment

All payments are processed via Stripe. Full payment is due at checkout before any project begins. Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at checkout is final.

3. Project Start

Work begins within 2 business days of confirmed payment. You will receive a project brief document via email within that window. The project timeline formally begins when we send the brief.

4. Revisions

Each package and service includes a defined number of revision rounds as shown on the pricing and service pages. Revisions are structured: each round addresses the feedback submitted in that round. Open-ended revision requests that change the brief require a scope change agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables and the copy produced become your property. We retain the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bergamo, Italy.
