Refund Policy

blazingcopywriter is committed to fair and clear refund terms for all copywriting services purchased through blazingcopywriter.com.

1. Before Work Begins

If you request a cancellation before we have sent the project brief (within the initial 2 business day window), we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

2. Work In Progress (Less Than 50% Complete)

If work has begun but the project is less than 50% complete, we will issue a 50% refund of the purchase price. We will provide written confirmation of the project completion percentage.

3. Work In Progress (50% or More Complete)

If the project is 50% or more complete, no refund is available. We will still honour all agreed revision rounds and complete the project according to the original scope.

4. Delivery Disputes

If you believe a delivered piece does not match the agreed brief, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will review the brief and the delivered work. If the work is materially deficient against the brief, we will revise it at no charge regardless of revision limits.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email ciao@blazingcopywriter.com with your order reference and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe within 5-10 business days.

6. Exceptions

Rush delivery add-ons (24-hour turnaround) are non-refundable once delivery has been made within the agreed window.
