No. The price agreed before the project starts is the price you pay. If the scope changes because you add a requirement that was not in the brief, we send a written change request before doing the extra work. You approve it before we proceed.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Bank transfer available on invoice for the Full Blaze plan and for established clients on retainer agreements.
Full payment is collected at checkout before the project begins. For the Full Blaze monthly plan, payment is collected on the first working day of each month.
Yes. If we have not started work, full refund. If work has begun and the project is under 50% complete, 50% refund. Beyond that, no refund is available but revisions are always honoured. Full details in the Refund Policy.
