You fill in our structured brief. Most clients complete it in 45 to 75 minutes. It covers the audience, the objective, what exists already, and what has not worked before. A good brief is the difference between one revision round and four.
Research & Strategy
We research the buyer, the competitive messaging landscape, and the specific decision moment the copy needs to address. We agree on the argument architecture before any writing starts. This stage is not optional.
Writing
First draft with rationale notes. Every structural decision is explained so you understand why the copy is built the way it is. Revisions are structured, not open-ended, so every round makes the work better, not just different.
Delivery
Final files in the format your team uses. Delivery notes included. For clients with ongoing needs, we document the voice and argument patterns so future copy projects start faster and need fewer revisions.
