All services sold by blazingcopywriter are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. This policy explains how deliveries work and what timelines to expect.
1. Delivery Method
All copy assets are delivered by email or via a shared document link (Google Docs or equivalent), depending on the format agreed at project start. Files are delivered in the format most useful for your team: plain text, Google Doc, Word document, or PDF as requested.

3. Project Start
The project timeline begins when we send the project brief, which happens within 2 business days of payment. The delivery clock starts from brief sign-off, not from payment date.
4. Revisions
Revision rounds are included as per the selected package. Each revision round is completed within 3-5 business days of receiving consolidated feedback. Feedback must be submitted in a single consolidated document per round.
5. Delays
If we anticipate a delay for any reason, we will notify you by email at least 2 business days before the expected delivery date. Delays caused by late brief submission or delayed feedback do not count against our delivery commitment.
